Sundara Cosmetics Booking Policies

By booking an appointment at Sundara Cosmetics, you agree that you have thoroughly read and understand all of the following policies.

Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit of $100 (plus a credit card processing fee of approximately $3.30) is required to secure your appointment.

• This deposit will be applied toward your overall investment.

• The remaining balance is due at your first and second sessions (see the Service Page for details).

• Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable.

This fee compensates the artist for lost income in the event of a no-show or last-minute cancellation.
You are permitted one reschedule with your deposit carried over. Multiple reschedules will require a new $100 booking deposit.

To avoid unnecessary fees, please be sure you are ready to commit to your appointment.

Accepted Payments

• Cash

• Credit Cards (subject to a processing fee, which varies and will be applied at checkout)

Tipping:
Tips are accepted via cash or Venmo.

Rescheduling + Cancellations

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact me at least 48 hours in advance.

• Failure to do so will result in a cancellation/no-show fee, charged to the card on file.

• You may reschedule once without losing your deposit. After that, a new deposit is required.

No-Shows

If you do not show up for your appointment without notice:

• You will be charged 30% of the total appointment cost.

• You will be ineligible for future appointments at Sundara Cosmetics.

Please respect the artist’s time and other clients who may be waiting for an opening.
There are no exceptions to this policy.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and a new $100 deposit will be required.

• The one-time rescheduling courtesy does not apply to late arrivals.
  If you anticipate being late, please contact me as soon as possible.

Previous Permanent Makeup

Important: If you have had previous permanent makeup, you must email photos to info@sundaracosmetics.com before booking.
Depending on the pigment saturation, your existing work may not be eligible for rework. If you fail to receive approval before booking, you may be charged a fee for the inconvenience.

If removal is recommended—whether the original work was done elsewhere or at Sundara Cosmetics—it is always in your best interest to achieve optimal results and protect the integrity of your investment.

Yearly Touch-Ups

There is no direct booking option for yearly retouches. Do not book a two-week session for this. Instead, please email photos of your brows in bright lighting with no makeup to info@sundaracosmetics.com. This ensures the timing is right for a retouch and prevents pigment overload, keeping your results soft and natural.

A non-refundable deposit is also required for yearly touch-ups, with the same terms and policies as your initial appointment.

Pregnancy + Breastfeeding

Clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding are not eligible for permanent makeup services.
Once you are no longer pregnant or breastfeeding, you’re welcome to book an appointment.

After Booking

After scheduling, please check your confirmation email for:

• A link to complete and submit your consent form (required before your appointment).

• Parking and directions to Sundara Cosmetics. The location can be tricky to find within the village—please allow extra time to arrive.
